Karoline Mrazek from DokuConsult iis an expert at planning and creating software documentation and has been involved in countlesss localization and globalization projects. Together with DokuConsult, itl implements MS Office online concepts and context-sensitive online help documentation based on MS Word.

In collaboration with ingenieurbüro winkler we provide customer support for all issues relating to CE certification for machinery and equipment, the creation of user friendly operating manuals for machines that comply with safety standards, and product liability, hazard analysis and risk assessment.
Ing. Gerold Hämmerle
Working together with Ing. Gerold Hämmerle we provide our customers with solutions and services such as IT project development and IT management, training and the preparation of content for advanced training and test scenarios. We collaborate with this partner on MS Office training, MS Office database connections, VBA script programming and Train the Trainer seminars in particular.

In collaboration with Kraus Dokumenten-Management an itl partner for many years now, we provide support in all issues relating to Arbortext (Epic), QuickSilver and QuickSilver XML/SGML.

Als langjähriger itl-Partner unterstützt uns Dipl.-Ing. Thomas Meissl bei anspruchsvollen Publishing-Projekten und als FrameMaker-Trainer. Die Funktionen von FrameMaker für die Rationalisierung und Automatisierung von Dokumentationsprozessen auszunützen ist seine Mission.
