Create Book of Text Insets

BookOfTextInsets.fsi

If text insets are used in documents, global changes (e.g. via Find/Change) across a book cannot be performed in text inset documents.

This is only possible if the inset documents are directly inserted (as book components) in a book.

The script creates a new temporary book that contains all text insets of the current document or all documents of the current book.

This makes global replacement processes easier.
