Problem description
FrameMaker does not offer the option to insert a line counter in a document.
Function description
The script inserts line counters in a separate text frame in the current document. Different counter options and the positioning can be specified in the script dialog.

Line counters are not inserted in front of lines in footnotes, tables and anchored frames.
Requirements
- FrameMaker 6.0 to 8.0
- FrameScript/ElmScript 4.1 or higher
Notes
The script works with structured and unstructured documents.
The existing line counter text frames are removed from the document each time before the script is started.
