Move New Marker to Sentence Begin

Problem description

Index markers that are inserted in the middle of a sentence can cause problems in the translation process (fragmented segments).

Function description

The script moves index markers – immediately after their insertion – to the beginning of the sentence.

The menu command functions as a switch. The current status is indicated by a checkmark in front of the command.

Requirements

  • FrameMaker 6.0 or higher
  • FrameScript/ElmScript 4.1 or higher

Notes

The script does not work with structured documents.
